Description Of Duties

  • Defines the digital sales strategy and provides operational execution and maintenance Nintendo digital content at retail.
  • Drives launch and growth strategy for DRI, POR (Pin on Receipt) and cash cards in the region.
  • Develops and oversees strategy for growing digital content and Nintendo POSA cards through retail partners, both online and in store.
  • Drives business strategy and execution for Digital Sales across internal departments with teams such as IT, Finance, Legal, Sales Planning and Analysis, Publisher and Developer Relations, and eShop teams.
  • Manages Nintendo’s relationships with key vendors responsible for POSA card production and distribution, as well as key retailers in the region.
  • Identifies new business opportunities, sales channels and promotional tactics that have the potential to significantly expand the business.
  • Creates roadmap, objectives, and goals for POSA. (Retail promotional planning, % sales growth, etc.) Tracks results and optimizes performance for these business areas (Sales results reporting/ROI analysis, etc.)
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously and maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Works as liaison between NLA and eShop team to manage offerings, updates, look and feel of the store.
  • Works as liaison between NLA and Nintendo.com team to manage online store selection, merchandising, and pricing.
  • Works closely with NLA sales and NLA retail marketing. Collaborates and aligns on launch and evergreen strategies.

Summary Of Requirements

  • Five or more years of related experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required (Portuguese also highly valued)
  • Understanding of product promotion, brand management, and the creation of promotional materials
  • Strong PC skills
  • NOA experience helpful
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent
