About Us

Your role

Create exceptional quality deformation and simulation rigs for body and costume to help bring our creative vision to life. You will work with a variety of humanoids and creatures developing simulation setups including clothing, fur/hair muscle and skin, implementing assets in Unreal Engine ensuring they are both high quality and performant.

Develop departmental tools and techniques, using Python to generate rigs in a procedural manner and working collaboratively to develop and integrate tools into a robust pipeline.

Requirements

Your skill

In-depth knowledge of anatomy, a thorough understanding of biomechanics and kinesiology for humanoids/animals and the ability to translate this into highly realistic character rigs. A passion for real-time is essential, along with the desire and ability to bring film-quality to our in-game assets.

This is a highly collaborative environment, the ability to work with other departments to resolve technical and creative challenges is key.

Your Experience

You will have production experience with realistic characters for film/TV with a focus on dynamic simulation for cloth, hair/fur, skin and muscle. An excellent knowledge of Maya is essential, along with good Python skills. You may also have experience with Houdini, Python Maya API or C++ for Maya/Houdini/UE4 development.
