Location: Work from home or from our brand-new studio in Cambridge, UK.

About us: Ninja Theory is a five-time Bafta award winning games company based in Cambridge, UK and part of Xbox Game Studios.

Your Role: You will create exceptional, realistic characters that set the bar for what is possible in real time. You will use deep problem solving to help build tool chains and integrate cutting edge processes in all aspects of character production. You will use these skills to generate industry leading work. You will be part of a small team of experienced and friendly professionals who value communication, collaboration and a burning desire for self-improvement

Requirements

Your Skill:

  • Have artistic flare and talent with an enthusiasm for realism.
  • Technically and artistically driven.
  • Skilled at creating beautifully textured materials and surfaces.
  • Demonstrably an expert in modelling and sculpting with a strong knowledge of anatomy.

Your Experience:

  • Expert knowledge of the entire character art pipeline.
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4.
  • You will have held a similar role creating high-end CG game or VFX characters.
