Your Role: Design and build character mechanics where the player experience conveys a depth of gameplay, suspension of disbelief and storytelling that is unprecedented in the games industry.
Your Skill: This is a hands-on role using custom tools and Unreal Engine, building character mechanics such as combat, locomotion, climbing and other environment interactions. It will involve working closely with a cross-discipline team involving animation tech, audio, code and actors.
Your Experience: You have played a hands-on role in design mechanics on acclaimed high-end character-action games as Senior/Principle/Lead Designer and are demonstrably an expert in Unreal Engine (or similar), with competent scripting abilities and ample experience in art, design and layout tools, or are a keen designer wanting to break into character-centric mechanics design.
