Your Role: Since opening our new, purpose-built studio in Cambridge we’re looking for someone charismatic and welcoming to join us as a workplace concierge. You will be the face of Ninja Theory, welcoming ninjas and visitors alike. Supporting a strong unified working environment and building strong working relationships with ninjas, guests and external contractors. While also being responsible for;

  • Ensuring that the reception desk is always covered, allowing for reasonable and managed absences to complete concierge duties as required
  • Ensuring an excellent concierge service is provided at all times across the studio
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the studio and carry out studio tours for new visitors
  • Establishing, demonstrating and maintaining excellent knowledge of the local area including attractions, transportation systems, tourist sites, restaurants, assisting with luggage on arrival and departure, storing bags when required
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries and respond in a prompt, polite and informed manner
  • Daily walk around inspection of the studio reporting, and addressing where possible, any building defects, cleaning requirements or security issues to the relevant people
  • Delivering packages to people’s desks
  • Facilitate on site meetings, including company meetings, workshops and events
  • Assist facilities manager with ensuring all regular building maintenance checks are diarised and be point person for building maintenance in the absence of the facilities manager

Requirements

Your Skill: You will be proactive and meticulously organised. You’ll be passionate about nurturing the studio culture and values and work as a positive, collaborative, enthusiastic, ambitious and contributing team member with a real desire to be part of the team. Acting as an ally to both ninjas and visitor.

Your Experience: You will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will be self-motivated and proactive in seeking out answers and preventing issues combined with the ability to take direction and work in a team. Working in partnership with all disciplines within the studio, you will have excellent cross-group coordination and communication skills, whilst demonstrating exception attention to detail.
