Night Media is a multimedia talent management company and creative outpost for the largest creators on the internet. Night Media launches digital creators to the forefront of popularity through entrepreneurial ventures and business management. The company has grown to represent clients in multiple verticals including gaming, lifestyle, and technology.

The Role

The ideal Talent Operations Intern is highly-motivated, able to think on their feet, and excels in a fast-paced environment working alongside a growing team. Our team is in need of an intern that can support the Los Angeles talent operations and handle day-to-day projects assigned by the team. We expect this role to be remote, with the possibility of joining the team in office when deemed appropriate by Night Media. The ideal candidate will be able to work 30+ hours per week while maintaining excellent communication and organization.

The candidate has a true passion for YouTube and understands the world of digital entertainment while being forward-thinking in their approach to new ideas. A working knowledge of all digital media platforms is a must, including, but not limited to: YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and streaming platforms.

The Responsibilities

  • Scanning and identifying inbound opportunities to multiple inboxes.
  • Identifying opportunities through internal and external research.
  • Updating internal materials to reflect up-to-date information.
  • Ongoing industry research using internal tools.
  • Compiling research and industry trends for weekly reporting.
  • Assisting other coordinators and managers in day-to-day operations.
  • Watching popular content and identifying trends on major digital platforms.
  • Managing multiple tasks with respect to your intern work agreement.

You Have

  • Currently studying for an Associate’s, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Adept with Google applications, Microsoft Excel, and Apple applications.
  • Working knowledge of YouTube from both a business and consumer perspective.
  • High level of understanding of all digital media platforms.
  • Incredible communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to manage your time and schedule in accordance with work requirements.
  • Extreme discretion; ability to handle confidential information.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn from some of the top digital talent managers in the industry.
