As a Producer for Pokémon GO, you will lead development projects and work across the company on one of the most influential games the world has ever seen. We’re looking for a bold and innovative Producer to work on current and upcoming features that power Pokémon GO. You will help keep players engaged all year round, drive cross-functional teams to delight our users, and make the world better by helping users go out and explore the world!
Breaking down multifaceted issues into workable components to guide the production of new features from initial concept to launch.
Partnering with cross-functional leads, such as engineers, designers, and artists to bring new features to market.
Communicating extensively with stakeholders and external partners about project status, risk mitigation, and go-to-market plans.
Collaborating with the quality assurance team to ensure a world-class experience for our players.
You have a BA/BS in computer science, engineering, business administration or equivalent experience.
You have shipped one or more mobile projects through a complete development cycle.
You have broad experience and a deep understanding of various development methodologies, and a proven track record of maximizing your team's efficiency.
You thrive in the dynamic and fast-paced environment that’s required to support a massive global live game
You are able to demonstrate outstanding organization, communication, and leadership skills while working on cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production, etc.).
You have significantly contributed to the growth of a live product or service.
You have an interest or excitement about AR and mobile games.
Prior experience at a gaming studio, ideally on a mobile platform.
You have hosted in-game or in-person live gaming events.
