We are looking for a Finance Manager, working with our game studios to become a vital part of the team. This position requires best of class financial project management skills, deep cross-group teamwork, outstanding business partnership, broad knowledge of gaming mobile apps industry economics, end to end P&L knowledge, and strong communication skills.

This candidate will partner with business leaders across the games studios and use acuity to drive business decisions. This role will help to define and deliver metrics, analyses, forecasts, and finance support. A candidate will possess keen critical thinking plus analytical abilities with strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build sophisticated revenue & PL models for all Studios and influence product decisions to improve the health of the business to include live service revenue forecasts, user acquisition plans, and leading development budgets.
  • Be responsible for the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Perform weekly revenue tracking reporting and ad hoc investigations on issues affecting revenue and user outlooks.
  • Provide strategic advice and financial responsibility, ensuring the implications of business decisions are understood & aligned with profitability goals.
  • Partner with cross functional teams (Division Leads, GMs, PMs & CTOs) across organization; act as a point person between studio partners/leaders and FP&A finance to deliver value to the studios while developing strong collaborative relationships with key collaborators across the company.
  • Proactively anticipate and handle risks and opportunities to maintain financial goals.
  • Evaluate opportunities in support of new product incubation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required – Finance / Economics / Accounting related field preferred.
  • 5+years in mid-to-senior level finance roles.
  • Extensive experience with P&L management, financial modeling, forecasting, reporting and analysis.
  • Strong experience building and analyzing monetization models and strategies for games or mobile applications.
  • Experience evaluating business performance measurements and translating to practical recommendations.
  • Strong bias for action and driving results. Balanced impatience for change.
  • Willingness to ask the tough questions, challenge the status quo, and ensure collaborator consensus on sophisticated decision points.
  • Effective communicator to executive audiences in person, written, and through clear presentations.
  • Experience in game development, mobile entertainment, or digital businesses.
