NGame Esports:

Founded in 2019, NGame Esports is an organization that competes in the EA Sports Madden series. The mission is to compete but also be brand ambassadors for the games we compete in. As a startup the number one focus is to identify players that are willing to learn and compete in Madden.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit players to compete in Madden(Xbox or PS4)
• Organize scrim and Practice Schedules for the team
• Search for upcoming matches/tournaments players can compete in
• Keep the team motivated and active
• Communicate with NGame Esports staff

Head Coach Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Network of Madden gamers is preferred
• Have some form of leadership skills
• Great understanding of Madden
• Excitement for esports and the opportunity for growth

Compensation:

• 10$ per hour
• Expected to work 2- 4 hours per week.
