Responsibilities

• Design innovative mobile games with balanced gameplay and economy
• Design game levels that are challenging and fun to play
• Create mockups and prototypes of new game features and concepts
• Work closely with development and art teams to ensure the game features are delivered to the highest quality
• Create and tune contents to maximize monetization and retention

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional game design experience
• Experience in designing creative, engaging, and balanced mobile games
• Knowledge of free-to-play mobile games economy and best practices
• Experience with integrating metrics and data analytics and design into free-to-play game design
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to details
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• A passion for making and playing great games!
