Job Description
In this role, you will act as the voice of Nexon by leading and launching social and influencer marketing campaigns that impact players globally, owning campaigns end-to-end. You will also build a more personal relationship with content creators and influencers to collaborate and promote our games.
What You Can Expect To Do In Your New Gig
- Directly manage social and influencer marketing experts
- Oversee the ideation, planning, and executing social marketing and influencer marketing campaigns for multiple game titles of Nexon America
- Lead social influencer marketing, working with internal teams and external partners to drive brand awareness through authentic social interactions while optimizing for growth
- Identify new opportunities and develop innovative social & influencer marketing
- Own social boosting campaigns and track budget
- Develop influencer strategies as a creative way to drive, amplify a brand story, educate and inspire players, while improving social sentiment, recognition, and driving growth
- Identify KPIs across social platforms and influencer marketing channels and provide strong reports and analysis
- Project manage multiple campaigns at the same time
- Provide on-site support for company’s event
Skills & Requirements
Your qualifications include:
- Strong leadership presence, experience directly managing others
- 5-7+ years of professional experience in a Communications or Marketing role
- Demonstrates creativity and maintain excellent writing and language skills
- Understanding of and interest in social trends
- Confident communicator with an ability to manage and develop relationships with our players
- Bachelor’s degree
We also like to see:
- Solid knowledge of the game industry or high interest in gaming in general.
- Experience managing influencers or a strong network of influencers is a plus.
- Events experience including game shows and live stream experience.
