Requirements:

• 18 years or older, 21 years or older Preferred
• Resides in the United States or Canada
• Knowledge of Rainbow Six Siege
• Knowledge of Esports
• Good knowledge of different business functions.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
• Proactive nature.
• Ability to Travel independently to LAN Events when needed

Tasks:

• Running Day-to-Day operations of the Rainbow Six Siege Program
• Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
• Developing new solutions to network with Leagues and Tournaments
• Improving internal processes for better productivity
• Overseeing large projects and interpreting performance reports
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports and giving presentations.
