We are looking for a client success manager with a passion for games and digital media to join our client success team in Amsterdam. The CSM is a first step on the path to a highly successful career at Newzoo. This is a ground-floor opportunity in which you will gain experience working directly with our clients, you are responsible for your own portfolio of customers and provide direct support using Newzoo’s full range of data solutions. You will be ensuring successful customer product adoption, delivering actionable findings in client decks and presentations, building and maintaining high-profile customer relationships and renewing clients. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to control his or her own destiny. Equally important is your passion for the markets in which we are experts: games, esports, media, and tech, and the disruptive trends that impact them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and engaging the customers to increase adoption and retention;
  • Identifying clients’ top priorities and research needs and matching with Newzoo’s market intelligence;
  • Liaise with other departments to share client feedback to enhance customer satisfaction;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with our accounts;
  • Leverage Newzoo’s market intelligence to support clients using various data sources, including our primary consumer research in 30 countries, tracking data from millions of gamers and more than a billion smartphones, and forecast data from our landmark reports on the games, esports, and mobile markets;
  • Grow customer lifetime value;

Your Profile

  • 24 - 36 months in a sales/client role.
  • MSc or Bachelor degree in Economics, Market Research, Business Administration, or similar.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Intellectually curious and creative problem solver;
  • Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn.
  • A passion for digital media and entertainment in general and games and esports in particular.
  • Ambitious for a career in client success and driven by goals and personal development.
