Our product offering includes facilities, event management, and broadcast production with an underlying software framework that ties it all together. The Tournament Operator will assist in managing and coordinating Online Digital Tournaments. By utilizing tournament platforms, communication software and gaming programs TOs will be responsible for tournament flow, information relay, live support and in-game assistance for signed up participants.

- Game Knowledge (1-2 years)

Requirements
- Strong gaming industry experience and knowledge is a must
- 2+ years in event coordination
- Ability to develop and maintain good relations and communication across various departments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills that are done on the fly
- Can work autonomously and have or adopt a growth-mindset
