In Short

The Broadcast Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Broadcast Operations Manager with building and updating runs of show, contractor management, deliverable tracking and media platform content management. This job will require non-traditional hours due to being built

What We Are Looking For

  • Create runs of show with provided NSG template that includes
    • All assets developed by the media team
    • All assets for partners as confirmed by the BD team
  • Assist Broadcast Operations Manager with
    • Sourcing talent for new and developing esports scenes
    • Processing contracts, invoices and additional broadcast documentation
    • Updating Monday board and broadcast calendars
  • Operate as the talent & broadcast manager on NSG event show days
    • Deliver schedules, speaking points and runs of show to players
    • Coordinate with broadcast team for AV tests and rehearsals
    • Operate as an intermediary for handling changes and updates to show based on feedback received from internal and external sources.
    • Run advertisements during breaks on Twitch.
  • Manage content on all media platforms
    • Update Youtube & Facebook titles, descriptions, tags, end cards, etc.
    • Create funny and inviting thumbnails for Youtube & Facebook
    • Upload and manage media on podcast platforms
    • Update Twitch titles, go live notifications and moobot commands
    • Tracking and organization of KPIs and analytics
  • Tracking of all deliverables and marketing elements for partners/clients, organized in a spreadsheet shared with business development.

Requirements

  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and effectively under tight deadlines
  • Experience in esports production
  • A strong passion for esports, production and gaming.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc)
  • Experience working in broadcast operations
  • Experience working with broadcast assets and overlays
  • Knowledge of esports broadcast talent
  • Knowledge of talented esports production freelancers
