NXG is an innovative esports platform that hosts competitive weekly events where participants have their performance tracked and showcased on a tailored profile. We are looking to expand our team and find a game designer that can develop and implement new features on the NXG website, such as:

• Gamification features (such as, but not limited to):
  • Battle passes
  • Loot boxes
  • Daily and weekly missions
  • Achievements
  • Ladder feature (a proprietary esport event formula)
• Tournament scaling model (Create an infrastructure where tournament participants will be sorted into different lobbies)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement projects regarding UI/UX
• Conduct adjustments and tweaks to features on the NXG website based on user feedback
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the CXO
• Present mockups, drafts and prototypes that clearly illustrate UX on the NXG website
• Experience in: HTML5, CSS3, PHP, OOP, JavaScipt, MySQL, Json

Bonus Points:

• Being a gamer
• Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects
• Knowledge of the esports scene
• Basic knowhow about AI or machine learning
