NCSOFT’s Growth Marketing team is looking for talented, highly motivated, solutions-oriented Sr. Marketing Technology Manager to serve as a technical expert. The Sr. Marketing Technology Manager will be responsible for managing internal and external growth marketing tools and coming up with solutions across a multiple channels for CRM, Paid Media, and Web.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Sr. Marketing Technology Manager, you will be responsible for working with multiple teams and vendors to ensure our marketing tech landscape is set up well and operating like a well-oiled machine. Reporting to the Director, Growth, this role leads the charge in ensuring NCSOFT’s marketing systems and tools are connected and providing the services the team needs. This role is a balance between strategy and operational tasks – some days you will be asked about tool philosophy and setup, other days you may be in and out of the tools testing with QA or pushing content live. Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of MarTech software, data infrastructure, CRM, and User Acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary technical expert on Growth team working with various internal and external teams to build a deep understanding of NCSOFT’s tech landscape
  • Work with game and product teams to ensure Marketing Tech tools and software are connected properly
  • Partner with BI, Platform, and Web Dev to ensure tools are connected, enabling reporting and analysis
  • Work with Legal, Sec Ops, and IT to ensure all marketing tools maintain global compliance and best practices for data security and storage
  • Serve as marketing point of contact for game launcher needs and strategy
  • Document technical processes and help manage technical requirements of team projects
  • Assist with live operations deployment for owned and operated channels
  • Work with the CRM team to code email campaigns using HTML/CSS
  • Lead efforts to drive development, provide suggestions, and champion optimizations for new and existing tool innovations

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Knowledge of latest digital trends and best practices for marketing channels (CRM, paid media, web, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Understanding of data warehouse and data mart concepts, including familiarity with SQL
  • Intimate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JAVA
  • Experience with various marketing tech platforms, such as CDPs, ESP and CRM platforms, and other tools used for attribution
  • Experience with CMS tools for live ops publishing
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and other site performance tools
  • Ability to quickly understand custom/homegrown tech solutions and how they can work with various vendors and third party tools.
