We are looking for a Contract Helpdesk Engineer to provide user support on assigned open tickets and work in collaboration with the Corporate IT Support Team to apply top-tier customer service to resolve hardware/software technical issues in a timely fashion. In this role you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and general support of desktops, laptops, printers, servers, mobile equipment, and related software.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide on-site and remote desktop/laptop, application, and network application incident resolution
  • Manage user installation and relocations requests
  • Maintain inventory of assets
  • Work with support staff for remote troubleshooting and repairs
  • Provide remote support services for remote team members
  • Perform new hire desktop/laptop provisioning, driver updates, and software installations

WHAT’S YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 1 year experience working in an enterprise environment
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
