The Community Coordinator is responsible for supporting the community manager’s mission to concept and execute engagement strategies that aim to grow, strengthen and excite our community of players. This individual will be responsible for creating and publishing content across our key communication channels, monitoring and moderating players’ discussions and gathering meaningful feedback.

[Responsibilities]

  • Support the Community Manager in executing engagement and communication initiatives across key communication channels (Social Media, Website, Discord)

  • Write engaging content to promote game updates, events and promotions

  • Monitor and moderate communication channels (Discord, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Twitch)

  • Track and provide regular reporting on community sentiment, monitoring key metrics and trends

[Qualifications]

  • 1+ years of previous experience in a Community Management or similar role, preferably within the video games industry

  • Experience developing / executing content strategy across social media and web platforms

  • A passion for games and a knowledge of the MMORPG ecosystem

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in website publishing tools, social media writing, and best practices

  • Must be able to work effectively both individually and as a team member

  • Ability to adapt to changes quickly, take initiative and “get things done” approach

  • Analytical and curious – interested in exploring new ways to communicate and measure engagement

  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop

  • Prior knowledge of NCSOFT games

  • A passion for Social Media, YouTube, and Streaming

  • Basic HTML knowledge

  • Discord experience

Salary

$55,000 - $70,000 per year
