Naughty Dog is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to play an integral role in organizing and supporting our Recruiing team. This candidate will assist in the management of the day-to-day work within recruitment to create a professional and fun recruiting experience for each candidate we connect with.
Our ideal candidate is someone with a proven understanding of the fundamentals of administration and a strong desire to help team reach their maximum potential. We're seeking someone who will bring interpersonal and organizational skills, understanding of application pipelines, and passion for people to this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Recruiting Team with onboarding efforts
Host New Hire orientations and ATS trainings
Serve as point of contact for incoming New Hires
Liaison with internal IT and Operations departments on office related matters
Support the Team with relocations and visa processes
Regularly update and maintain recruiting documents
Handle the Recruiting monthly job flyers and social media
Coordinate virtual interviews and meetings
Occasionally schedule technical interviews and art tests
Work alongside Team coordinators in scheduling interviews
Additional responsibilities as needed
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Minimum 1-year of experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR role
Ability to drive results in an extremely fast-paced environment
Good communication, organization, and ability to adapt quickly
Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop successful relationships at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Excel experience required
Proficient knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, etc.
Experience using job sites, social networks, and with the ability to provide other creative means for recruitment
Must be able to come onsite 1 to 3 days per week to Santa Monica, CA
Able to lift up to 25 pounds

Experience using Greenhouse ATS
