RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full cycle recruitment for full-time, fixed term, and contingent employees
  • Source and identify qualified candidates for skill set and culture
  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the technical requirements and skills of designated roles, and good understanding of how the position integrates into the studio
  • Create talent pipelines to promote constant flow of qualified candidates
  • Provide a strong candidate interview experience from initial contact through onboarding with the assistance of assigned coordinator(s)
  • Attend career and industry events to continue ongoing efforts for diversity and inclusion
  • Draft and deliver offer letters for new hires
  • Act as the subject matter expert on active talent, as well as provide candidate-specific reports to hiring managers
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field of study or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting with primary hires resulting in placements within art, engineering, design, and animation
  • Ability to quickly absorb and retain company information and policies
  • Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, etc.
  • Highly experienced using LinkedIn Pro or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build meaningful professional relationships
  • Good communication, organization, negotiation, and ability to adapt quickly
  • Effective multi-tasking and time management ability with little direction
  • Strong teamwork ethic and collaboration efforts
