Naive Thinkers is an up-and-coming Esports organization, located in Montreal. Our organization is composed of content creators, a dedicated production unit as well as competitive teams that range from League of Legends to Call of Duty. Our goal is to establish ourselves as the leading esports organization in Canada. Naive Thinkers will be competing at DreamHack Montreal in Fortnite, Overwatch and League of Legends. Our brand will officially launch in August.

About The Role
Our organization understands the significance of culture. Establishing a brand that our members and our supporters can embrace remains to be one of our primary objectives. As one of the earliest members of Naive Thinkers, you will have a key role in establishing the branding of this organization with our team of illustrators. As an illustrator, your role will be to work closely with the head of illustration and your peers on projects ranging from garment designs to personified illustrations for team members. We are focused on providing an environment that will help fulfill your artistic curiosity. At Naive Thinkers, you will have the opportunity to help build the brand’s image and the brand’s character through your art.
About The Requirements
- Work closely with a team of illustrators for team and branded content.
- Work closely with heads of departments, collaborators and team members to execute their creative vision in respect to design.
- Provide feedback on team content.
- Communicate clearly with team members throughout projects, especially concerning deadlines and progress.
