About Us:

Multitap Gaming Hub is a community oriented gaming centre for all ages and skills! We have drop in play sessions with consoles, gaming PCs and VR. We organise birthday parties and we're expanding to offer coaching, coding classes, clubs, tournaments and eSports events. We currently have volunteers to help out day to day and we are looking to grow our team further with the addition of a social media manager. Our volunteers gain great work experience as well as other benefits such as free gaming and chances to earn bonuses for worked events.

To help us achieve our future goals, creating a strong and present brand online and through social media is now an essential process.

REMINDER: This is currently a low paid position, however if you are local, there is the opportunity to earn benefits and as we grow we will revisit expectations and a salary.

Expectations

We require someone who is able to work with our team to learn our brand and ethos, and spread this across multiple social media platforms. Using on brand graphics, we would like regular posts, comments and customer engagement. Performance will be judged on the growth of our follower base and the ability to reach new, valuable demographics.

Requirements

  • Previous Social media management experience (include on CV)
    Wide knowledge of Video Games and eSports (including but not limited to CS:GO, R6, Fortnite etc.)
  • 18+
  • Computer + phone with all available social platforms
  • Weekly meetings to go over ideas, work out projects
