Motorsport Network is seeking an experienced paid social manager to join our team in Miami, FL. The right candidate will support a range of social media campaigns and integrated accounts and should have two to four years of experience working with Facebook advertising and other social media platforms, with preference shown to candidates who have worked in an agency setting.

Objective:

The Paid Social Media Manager is accountable for building paid social strategies and programs focused on meeting overall business goals. They are responsible for guiding sound paid social strategies across platforms, activating and optimizing paid social, and working closely with the digital media teams to plan and advise on best in class executions. The Paid Social Media Manager is responsible for making recommendations on targeting, reporting, and KPI tracking and for defining overall media goals across all social platforms. They will work alongside the Digital Marketing, Sales and B2B marketing teams to advise on the content development, optimization and messaging published on paid social media platforms & other digital media platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage and execute paid social media campaigns to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, optimizations and results
  • Contribute paid social strategies that support integrated campaigns
  • Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics
  • Present campaign recaps and insights to clients
  • Act as the paid social media subject matter expert
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners
  • Collaborate with Social, PR, B2B Marketing, Sales and Creative teams to brainstorm out-of-the box social media campaigns
  • Work with creative team on creative assets
  • Manage tracking and attribution
  • Assist with day-to-day client communication
  • Montier, Analyze and report on top competitors profiles.
  • Travel may be required.

Successful Candidates Have:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and placements
  • Experience using web analytics
  • Understanding of social media content and campaigns
  • Experience with other forms of paid media
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude internally and externally
  • Effectively manages multiple deadlines and projects while staying calm and collected
  • Meets personal deadlines, and helps ensure that team and creative deadlines are never missed
  • Must be self-directed, creative, motivated and also have the ability to work well within a team environment

Specific requirements:

  • 4+ years’ experience of marketing experience
  • 2+ years of Paid Social or Facebook advertising experience
  • College degree in marketing or related field
