Motorsport Games is a global team. Our HQ is based in sunny Miami, Florida and hosts the Digital Marketing and Product Development teams. The 704 Games team, based in nearby Orlando, work on our NASCAR games franchise. In Moscow, Russia, we have a first-class development operation delivering the very latest technology for our future products as well as additional development and esports operations based in England. Our UK office is just metres away from the main entrance to the home of British motorsport at Silverstone Circuit.

We are looking for a corporate paralegal to support to our legal team. This person should be articulate, organized, detailoriented, communicative, responsive, and a team player. The paralegal will report to Motorsport Games [General Counsel/Sr. Corporate Counsel] and will support Motorsport Gamesโ€™ attorneys on a variety of tasks related to the in-house practice of law, such as document drafting, review, research, as well as administrative tasks. The paralegal is expected to independently manage a diverse workload.


  • Administrative
  • Maintain legal files
  • Store and update information and documents in database and generate reports from database
  • Draft cover letters and emails for transmission of documents
  • Create documents to summarize or index information
  • Process and track legal invoices
  • Provide Word processing/data entry support using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strategic Transactions
  • Support M&A and other strategic transactions, including due diligence, KYC, document preparation, closing mechanics, and post-closing integration and administration
  • Assist with post-acquisition work (including officer and director changes, signatory resolutions, state qualifications and withdrawals work with Tax department)
  • Support global corporate restructuring projects
  • Maintain corporate and transactions records
  • Support execution and closing of various transactions
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as may be required
  • Corporate and Securities
  • Work with internal and external counsel to ensure timely satisfaction of public company filing and disclosure requirements and US securities laws compliance, including Section 16 reporting, proxy statements, registration statements, Forms 8-K, 10-Q, and 10-K
  • Maintain corporate structure and subsidiaries including scheduling board meetings and drafting various corporate documents, including unanimous written consents, resolutions, secretary certificates, and powers of attorney
  • Maintain board/stockholder and committee minute books
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as may be require


  • General knowledge of office operations, practices and procedures

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including ability to work as part of a team in a home office environment
  • Proficient in following specific and detailed instructions in both written and verbal form, including protocols
  • Capable of multitasking and effective in prioritizing a variety of tasks and assignments
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe and the Internet
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a strong ability to draft and review legal documents, analyze legal advice and apply legal advice to business needs
  • Hard working, well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure
  • Flexibility and willingness to work on a broad variety of legal matters
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dynamic and highly team-oriented
  • Ability to perform work under minimal supervision


  • Associate's degree and/or US paralegal certificate is required
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree is preferred
  • At least five years of paralegal or similar experience, preferably with both a top-tier law firm and an in-house legal department, including significant experience in managing corporate matters
