Automation Tech Lead (Craft Leader)

  • Report into QA Studio Leader
  • You are passionate about Automation and Technology
  • You will lead the Automation Craft and Center of Excellence guiding the Automation Strategy on several projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Build Automation Testing Strategy
  • Drive craft community of practice
  • Build relationships and work with QA PO, QE, Development, Release Eng.,
  • Work with partners to guide the automation strategy and technology factors in automation and testability
  • Provide craft and technical mentoring to the Automation Designers
  • Drive recruiting and onboarding Test Automation experts
  • Promote and share the vision and wins coming from Test Automation
  • Be a Scrum Master and manage Scrum process and Automation Backlog for multiple projects
  • Look for new knowledge, drive innovation and improvements in Test Automation
  • Ensure we maximize the value of test automation
  • Support Project POs and projects to establish and achieve their automation goals
  • Promote the use of test automation across the QA professionals

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years Test Automation experience
  • 3+ years programming
  • Experience defining test automation strategy in video game space
  • Agile (Scrum) & Project Management Knowledge
  • Experience leading automation communities of practice
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines
