We're​ ​looking for​ ​an experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing Marketing team. As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and managing user acquisition campaigns for a portfolio of games, across a variety of media channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of our marketing campaigns and ensure top-notch results within the defined KPIs.
  • Analyze KPIs to help optimize marketing efforts across all platforms and achieve volume, quality and ROI goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, provide performance reports for all major metrics and keep an eagle eye out for trends and outliers.
  • Plan campaigns that will help boost the total user base and increase app downloads.
  • Provide insights on the game, its audience and its marketing materials using both internal and external tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in User Acquisition, Campaign Management on self-served platforms or similar role - Must
  • Deep understanding of mobile attribution - Advantage
  • Profound knowledge of MS-Office products (Excel in particular).
  • Fluent English - verbal and written.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach different audiences and segments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a goal-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and has a problem-solving approach.
  • Passion for marketing and advertising.
  • Gamer mentality - someone who appreciates the story, mechanics and progression of various kinds of games – Big advantage
