We're looking for a Tier 2 Customer Support to work with us on providing our players with a WOW customer experience.

Requirements

  • English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • At least 1 year experience as a Tier 2 Customer support representative
  • Tech-savvy, ability to manage and prioritize multiple investigations.
  • Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Previous work experience with Jira, BigQuery, Confluence
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • SQL – basic level
  • Previous work experience with Postman - advantage

Responsibilities

  • Be the point of escalation between customer support and our production team
  • Work closely with the production team and technical support to solve technical issues
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding technical issues with our products
  • Resolve tier 2 customer inquiries from ticket queues
