We're looking for a Tier 2 Customer Support to work with us on providing our players with a WOW customer experience.
Requirements
- English proficiency (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year experience as a Tier 2 Customer support representative
- Tech-savvy, ability to manage and prioritize multiple investigations.
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- Previous work experience with Jira, BigQuery, Confluence
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- SQL – basic level
- Previous work experience with Postman - advantage
Responsibilities
- Be the point of escalation between customer support and our production team
- Work closely with the production team and technical support to solve technical issues
- Provide comprehensive information regarding technical issues with our products
- Resolve tier 2 customer inquiries from ticket queues
