Technical Support Engineer

Moon Active, a Tel Aviv based mobile games start-up with millions of daily active players worldwide, is looking for a strong and experienced Technical Support Engineer with a creative mind and extraordinary problem solving skills to join our Production group.

The Production Group is our commando group, aimed at providing immediate, high-quality solutions to issues rising directly from our live systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth troubleshooting including DB analysis, reading system logs and debugging code
• Provide solutions for complex issues that were escalated by other support levels
• Identify and escalate issues as needed
• Collaborate with the Business, CRM and R&D teams internally
• Around the clock availability for production issues

Requirements

• Previous experience in similar technical support or production Engineer
• Experience in reading and designing DB queries (Big Query) to obtain analytical data
• Experience with system log analysis
• Ability to understand flows and provide creative troubleshooting solutions
• Multi-tasking, self-learning, highly motivated and a team player
• Strong capabilities of building organized processes and structured formal documentation
• Ability to comply with tight deadlines and self-prioritize
