We're looking for a Product Manager who is excited by both technical and user facing features to join our rapidly growing company. We are looking for a brilliant, organized and proactive person. Someone with talent, passion and experience. In this position you will lead, invent, and get things done in a highly agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • You will ensure the success and growth of the product by optimizing our systems and operations workflow, learn from each incident, and proactively initiate developments to strengthen our products and systems.
  • You will find opportunities for key initiatives to improve player experience as well as internal workflows.
  • You will collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed requirements and flows, define AB test and user stories, prioritize backlog, and handle development/engineering.
  • You will work with all relevant cross-functional teams (R&D, BI/BA, etc.) to guarantee smooth and efficient implementation.
  • You will manage ongoing maintenance and improvement of product features.
  • You will identify key risks and suggest mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Mover & shaker, who adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Able to multitask and shift focus quickly
  • Goal oriented, highly motivated, and takes full ownership on projects
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to details
  • A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively
  • Great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)
  • Experience in agile methodologies
