We are looking for a talented Social Media Team Leader to lead our amazing team. You will be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring our Studio's social media strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Social Media Specialists and Community Managers
• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
• Define most important social media KPIs
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Measure the success of every social media campaign
• Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
• Know what is happening in the social media world on a daily basis
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
• Hire and train others in the team

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
• Managerial experience - at least 2 years
• Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media channels
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Great leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
