Moon Active is looking for a passionate and experienced QA Lead to join the Bucharest team.

You will be responsible for empowering teams, growing talent through effective mentoring, handling day to day production challenges. You will work closely with our teams to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality products to a massive scale in production.

We are looking for a Lead with great collaboration and communication skills, with a strong technical background in software development and quality assurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor and challenge a team of QA engineers;
• Own the quality of the content tested by your team;
• Build a culture of quality in your team;
• Collaborate and plan activities with different teams in different sites;
• Provide clear visibility on the projects you are responsible for;
• Drive for continuous improvement of your team and our processes.

Requirements

• Experience as a QA Leader (3+ QA Engineers);
• Hands-on QA experience;
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills;
• Experience with high scale, fast-paced product company;
• Proficiency in verbal and written English;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
