We're looking for a talented and experienced Product Monetization Manager to Join our rapidly growing team.

The Monetization team is at the core of Moon Active’s business and is responsible for driving revenue growth and providing a good game experience to our users. The team works in an extremely fast-paced environment, constantly improving and optimizing in a data driven manner the game experience and performance in order to hit company business goals. The role entails working closely with Data Analysts, Product Managers, Operations Specialists, Designers, and Economists.

Responsibilities

  • Understand business targets and possess the ability to craft custom, effective, strategic plans
  • Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies to drive growth in business KPIs.
  • Manage day-to-day promotional activity as well as ongoing optimization
  • Focus on player retention and engagement to ensure high lifetime value
  • Find new monetization opportunities in new products, offerings or partners and recommend new ways to optimize and maximize game revenues
  • Continually test, innovate and iterate on-going programs

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in sales/marketing/business analysis/product management in a data driven environment – online gaming an advantage
  • Proven analytical competencies
  • Strong English written/verbal communication skills
  • Can do approach and ability to make things happen
  • Focus on consumer behavior in digital environment/games
