Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game startups, providing entertainment for millions of daily active users across the World. We are looking for a brilliant, organized, and great at people skills Product Enablement individual.

In this position, you will work with all Moon Active’s game studios to ensure they are using the data tools developed by the Infrastructure Org in the optimal way that empowers them and enables them to maximise their business potential.

Responsibilities

• Work with the product team to develop department-specific educational resources
• Create and run training programs covering all the products developed by the Infrastructure Unit
• Work with the various departments to provide them solutions for their needs based on existing products
• Guide the various departments on how to configure the various Infrastructure products for their needs
• Provide the product team learnings and product feedback gleaned from working with various departments

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Enablement or Professional Services representative
• Proven ability of building and implementing scalable best of breed training programs that enhance the end user skills and productivity.
• Excellent producing and hosting educational events, driving adoption and measuring impact of enablement programs
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization
• An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• A proven ability to run complex technical integrations in a dynamic environment
• Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems and other related systems and processes
• Experience with data visualization, information design, and using business intelligence tools - an advantage
