Montreal stealth startup is looking for an experienced fullstack developer with proficiency in React to join its team. This is a 100% remote position, with a preference for candidates in or around Montreal.

Must-haves

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of React and its core principles
  • Experience building isomorphic web apps
  • Writing non-blocking code and using multi-threading when needed
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
  • Experience with Git version control

Bonus Points If

  • Have scrum-based work environment experience
  • Knowledge of automated testing platforms
  • Experience with PHP, Laravel
  • Experience with JAMstack
  • A good understanding of Redux
  • Experience in SOA, Distributed Systems and/or Microservices
  • Experience with CI/CD systems
  • Familiarity with esports and videogames
