The Job

Join the Wonder Woman team and help bring Diana’s world to life!

Missions provide context, meaning, and purpose for the Wonder Woman experience. They help the player become immersed in the story and provide information and lore about the world we are building. The Associate Mission Designer is responsible for helping to bring those missions to life. They work closely with the Lead Mission Designer and other members of the design team to develop content ideas, implement content using our proprietary tools, and iterate on them to create the best possible gameplay experiences. The Associate Mission Designer also collaborates with members of other disciplines to integrate features like audio, cinematics, and visual effects.

The Daily

  • Design, implement, and iterate on missions using proprietary content creation tools
  • Meet with design and other disciplines to brainstorm, plan, and review content
  • Write design documentation
  • Iterate and fix bugs according to feedback

The Essentials

  • BS degree in game design or equivalent work experience
  • Strong knowledge of game design principles
  • Strong sense of story and how to turn story beats into fun, interesting, and performant gameplay
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across disciplines

The Nice to Haves

  • Experience with a text-based scripting language
  • Familiarity with games that use procedurally generated content
  • Deep curiosity about how games work, both conceptually and functionally
  • Knowledge of 3D open-world games
  • Familiarity with Wonder Woman
