We're looking for talented individuals who can help us run and facilitate online tournaments. Tournament administrators are responsible in providing support and educating players about the tournament.

Responsibilities:

• Be a customer-oriented person and utilize Mogul platform to efficiently run tournaments.
• Can effectively communicate in English both verbally and written.
• Familiarity with the current games we are hosting on the platform.
• Responsible for resolving player complaints and disputes in a timely fashion.
• Flexibility to work whenever necessary, including at odd hours of the night.
• Being able to remain logical, fair, and right-minded when executing administrative decisions.
• Ability to give a detailed report when a bug is encountered on the platform.
• Provide support during quality assurance and testing phases.
• Ability to work for 10-20 hours per week. This is a part-time job.
