We’re looking for someone entrenched in the world of competitive gaming, responsible for leading the maintenance and evolution of Mogul’s experience and aesthetic for that target audience. It is essential that you understand the world of esports.

Be it a redesign of the tournament discovery view or to brand new features and functions devised in collaboration with some of the world’s best teams: you will be responsible for taking Mogul’s UI to the next level and ensuring it hits all of the marks for competitive gamers and fans of esports.

Here’s who you are….

• A designer who follows trends closely, understands motion, and uses the most modern tools such as Adobe XD and Figma, or Sketch.
• Someone who ‘gets’ digital product from end-to-end, from understanding your customer, to prototyping ideas, and working with developers on execution.
• An eager curiosity to work collaboratively with ‘solutions thinking’ mindset in a fashion that reflects the ethos and integrity that ESH has created.
• An ability and willingness to be “comfortable being uncomfortable”. An excitement in managing multiple projects in an ever evolving, rapidly-growing environment.
• A demonstrated ability in creating and then delivering a clearly-defined design language that can easily be picked up by developers in a fast moving industry when they have questions.
• Brilliant communication skills even with remote teams in a modern digital context (e.g. Discord)
• Mogul have a startup organisational culture so you should be someone autonomous, a proactive self starter, with the motivation, commitment, enthusiasm and drive to define clear goals and inspire people.
