Roles and Responsibilities
- Deep understanding of the YouTube marketing ecosystem.
- Develop an organic content marketing strategy for Youtube to build engagement and category leadership around the games on the platform.
- Optimize video content & YouTube channels.
- Responsible for YouTube channel's growth and user engagement.
- Video on-page metadata fixing & off-page optimization.
- Promote YouTube live-streams.
- Analyze trends in YouTube search and identify topics for content creation.
- Analyze competitor channels & videos.
Qualifications Required:
- 6 - 8 years of experience in content creation to managing content and expertise in running YouTube channels
- Ability to SEO optimize videos and streams, write user-friendly and compelling descriptions
- Must be aware of the technicalities and minutiae of the platform, understand strategies to grow and retain subscribers, and increase video views/engagement
