MPL has offices in Bengaluru, Jakarta, Singapore, and Pune with a personnel strength of over 700 employeesWe are looking out for someone to handle & manage relationships with our existing game studios/ developers/partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with MPL's existing developer ecosystem and key personnel within their company.
  • Manage day to day interactions with existing partners to provide best in class experience.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure partner needs are fulfilled effectively & ensure consistent service.
  • Ensuring adherence to Service TAT's for all partner requests.
  • Conducting partner satisfaction surveys and reviews to ensure partners are satisfied with MPL's products and services.
  • Drive improvements in processes/product to increase Developer NPS.
  • Achieving partner relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the team lead.
  • Maintain/Update the CRM tool with regular updates on existing partners.
  • Introduce & guide partners to MPL processes & tools.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Business development/Account management in a gaming studio/B2B setup.
  • Ensure the needs of the partners are communicated with product, marketing, development, customer support, customer excellence and fraud team and vice versa.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines.
  • Candidate should be comfortable with preparing presentations/pitch decks/docs of external facing quality.
  • Ability to Communicate vendor/developer Needs with Staff
