RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the CEO/Platform economy owner to decide on what kind of gaming tournaments should be run and what is the margin kept
• Make live tournaments in the app on an ongoing basis. End of the day, review to be done so that there is a balance between available slots and fill rate
• Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all tournaments/formats and take relevant action on insights gained
• Keeping up with changes in tournament engine, he/she should improve the tournament creation scripts, and make the automation better
• Collaborate closely with Business and tech teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Min. 2 years experience in an analytics role at an internet company(startup would be preferred)
• Automation experience with Python is must. Knowledge of google scripting/javascript is added bonus
• Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple tasks, competing for priorities simultaneously
• GPA > 3.3 from reputable universities
• Fluent English is must (written and spoken)
