Mobile Premier League (MPL) is a real money gaming platform where users compete in live tournaments in their favorite skill-based mobile games to win real money. Our users come to our platform to earn money and be recognized by competing in their favorite mobile games in real money tournaments. The vision of the company is to become the largest Real Money Mobile ESports platform in the world.
We are looking for a talented Mobile App Marketing Specialist to manage all of MPL’s marketing channels. Must have Mobile App Marketing experience and PPC and B2C paid-advertising. Deep knowledge about Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, MMP (e.g. Clevertap) will be huge points, as is a Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Business Studies.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create and execute effective acquisition strategies, launch new marketing programs, build relationships with networks and publishers, and optimize activities for return on investment and cost efficiency. He/She will play an instrumental role as we seek to acquire new customers and increase DAU & PDAU in our mobile gaming platform.
Responsibilities :
- Establish, implement and measure the effectiveness of mobile app paid advertising initiatives to drive adoption and engagement of a mobile app.
- Oversee and continue to improve tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyze key metrics including but not limited to the acquisition cost, quality of traffic by source and return on investment.
- Build, develop and manage relationships with partners, agencies and multiple top mobile marketing platforms and ad networks (e.g. Google, Facebook, Affiliate, etc.).
- Provide complete performance reporting and analysis on all mobile marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained.
- Collaborate closely with internal and cross-market Customer Service, BI, and Product teams to manage simultaneous time-sensitive projects.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. 2 years servesing in mobile app marketing company.
- Strong time management skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple tasks, competing for priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills; bias toward decision making based on data, and high proficiency with Excel and using it to configure, analyze, and present data.
- Proven track record of delivering customer acquisition growth and optimization across key metrics.
- Tenacity and sense of urgency; ability to make things happen quickly with large, less nimble partners and/or teams.
- Previous experience managing online advertising and display campaigns, preferably third-party app advertising campaigns with mobile ad networks and publishers such as Facebook, Google, etc.
