The User Acquisition & Monetization Manager plays a key role in the marketing operations for Mistplay Studios, a division within Mistplay. The position’s primary objective is to manage user acquisition and monetization campaigns for a portfolio of hypercasual games to drive daily active users and revenue.

This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and effective communication. The User Acquisition & Monetization Manager must be able to manage campaigns ranging from initial test campaigns to full-scale advertising for successful games while strategically optimizing performance to achieve long-term profitability. The ideal candidate has experience with mobile games marketing, especially in the hyper-casual genre.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Planning and executing user acquisition campaigns across various advertising channels
  • Owning the ASO strategy and other marketing initiatives to ensure a strong acquisition funnel.
  • Managing ad monetization and optimize campaigns based on LTV and ROAS evaluations
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance on a regular cadence to company stakeholders
  • Coordinating with the Design team to produce high-performing ad creatives
  • Collaborating with the Development and Data teams to achieve unified product goals
  • Maintaining relationships with advertising partners to maximize campaign performance and improvements
  • Staying up to date on the latest user acquisition trends, shifts in market dynamics, and emerging platforms
  • Periodically assist with UA operations for other Mistplay services and products

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of experience in mobile user acquisition within the gaming industry
  • Ability to make informed data-driven decisions based on performance insights
  • Previous experience in working with SDK networks, DSPs, SSPs, Facebook, and Google. This can include ironSource, UnityAds, AdColony, TapJoy, Fyber, and others.
  • Motivated to learn new skills and work with new technologies
  • Outstanding communication skills – both written and spoken in English

Bonus:

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and/or other programming experience
  • Experience advertising on social networks like TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter
