Mistplay’s revolutionary ad unit is a breakthrough solution that allows users to earn currency in their favourite apps by discovering and playing amazing mobile games. The B2B division is part of the overall Mistplay umbrella which includes the Mistplay app - a global leader in app discovery and user loyalty, and Ecoplay - a groundbreaking way for users to help plant trees by playing mobile games.

As the Business Development Manager for Mistplay’s monetization tool, your role is to establish and secure partnerships with app developers who will integrate this tool. In this role, you will also work cross-functionally with our development and support teams in order to ensure client success and satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Ownership of the entire sales cycle, including:
  • Generating qualified leads among mobile app developers
  • Pursuing leads by leveraging own network, cold outreach and B2B opportunities
  • Negotiating terms and incentives to maximize the benefit for the monetization products
  • Signing on new monetization clients
  • Establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with all partners for post-sale support
  • Researching relevant companies using available app intelligence resources
  • Attending industry conferences
  • Documenting and reporting on sales pipeline to Sales Director
  • Developing a strong technical understanding of monetization tools to properly communicate with clients and be an ambassador at industry events

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year industry experience mobile SDK
  • 3+ years experience in general sales or related experience
  • Ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and foster long-lasting relationships
  • Strong communicator- written and spoken
  • Ability to work in real-time with the dev team; relaying information and feedback from clients to help shape our product
  • Experience working with SensorTower or similar Market Intelligence tool
  • Experience with CRM is a plus (Hubspot, Salesforce...etc)
  • Strong network
