Job Description

We are looking for a talented Manager of Client Services to act as a single point of contact for assigned clients and drive success through strategic implementation planning, meeting project timelines, and ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Owns deliverables for all of Misfits Gaming League of Legends, Misfits Gaming, Florida Mutineers, and Florida Mayhem clients.
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Acts as liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works closely with the client services team to develop timelines and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Creates and maintains documents for client reports and presentations, including proposals, recaps, and data reports.
  • Assists with the internal reporting processes to show results and ROI to clients.
  • Communicates and strategizes with the client services team on challenges and opportunities.
  • Increases revenue with current clients by providing service through solutions-driven approaches.
  • Provides support for other leadership initiatives and special projects to help drive growth goals.
  • Develops thorough working knowledge of gaming and esports industry trends.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in a partnerships or business development role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in account management.
  • Extremely organized, personable, detail-oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative on campaigns.
  • Experience with Google Suite, including Slides, Docs, and Sheets.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies.
  • Bonus: digital marketing experience
  • Bonus: Interest in the esports and gaming industry

This is a full-time position located in Boca Raton, FL.
