Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to help lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in paid strategy, email marketing, and SEM/SEO.

Responsibilities

  • Help lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to build a lasting connection with audiences
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative messaging and ideas for content marketing and website updates
  • Collaborate with designers to develop and optimize the user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Blink Fire)
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience creating successful marketing strategies for B2C companies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, and PPC
  • General knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript development
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BS/BA in marketing or relevant field
  • Knowledge of or interest in gaming and Esports is a plus

This is a full-time position located in Boca Raton, Florida.
