Hey there! We’re Mino, an exciting studio founded in Silicon Valley and located in Montreal, specializing in free-to-play mobile games, and the team behind the sensation Cat Game: the Cats Collector! and upcoming Dog Game. Moving from developer to self-publisher we have big plans and projects coming up, and we need your help to put the word out there and reach out to potential players with incredibly enticing content. We have positions available focused either on organics and app store optimization or paid performance marketing, you can apply for either through this same position.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to our Head of Marketing, you’ll help launch and grow our games. More precisely, you’ll:

  • Plan, manage and execute performance-based user acquisition strategies across various advertising channels.
  • Analyze data and optimize campaign performance based on ROAS, ROI and LTV evaluation.
  • Coordinate with 3rd-party tracking and attribution partners to ensure accurate end-to-end funnel data.
  • Take the lead of your own portfolio of advertising networks.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, publishers and traffic sources to buy and negotiate ad traffic and rates.
  • Manage ASO strategy through constant A/B testing and optimization efforts for both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Generate performance reports for management. Create and present review and action plans to drive user growth based on your analytical insights.
  • Explore new opportunities for user growth including new strategies, channels and partnerships.

What You Have:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience on mobile user acquisition on a B2C context; Experience within the mobile gaming industry on free-to-play (F2P) is a strong plus
  • Knowledge about the mobile advertising space and the mobile app market
  • Exceptional analytical skills; Creative problem-solving acumen, with the analytical rigor to verify or invalidate assumptions
  • Strong knowledge and direct hands-on experience with Facebook / Google or other relevant mobile advertising platforms strongly preferred
  • Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge; R or Python for analysis are a plus
  • Experience handling multiple projects and processes at a fast pace
