Miniclip is looking for a Software Developer to hire in our Lisbon (Portugal) Games Development Studio. This is a full-time, permanent position, and an exciting opportunity to integrate into an agile, highly effective, and skilled team.
You will be working with the team that is responsible for the client cross-platform technology supporting several of our biggest titles!
DUTIES
Research, design, develop, and maintain high-quality code solutions to be used in multiple games and by millions of players.
- Write code easily shared between multiple technical projects.
- Work with the team in striving for the best engineering practices and code solutions.
- Interact with a multi-disciplinary team including, but not limited to, game developers, data engineers, data scientists, and business specialists.
- Continuously learn and challenge your own skillset.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We’re looking for a social, hard-working person who embraces teamwork and is passionate and dedicated about his/her work.
The ideal candidate will have the following profile:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience in C++
- Experience in iOS or Android development
- Experience in C# or Unity
- Experience in developing flawless and reliable APIs used by multiple projects
- A strong focus on code quality, stability, testing, and documentation.
- A high degree of autonomy and learning agility.
- Excellent written and spoken English
The following skills are desirable but not essential (if you have them, don’t forget to mention them):
- Experience in SDK or library development
- Experience in Automation and Quality Control (CI/CD)
- Experience in Advertising, Marketing, or Data Collection technologies
- Experience in Java or Objective-C/Swift
- Contributions to open-source projects
