Miniclip is looking for an Influencer Marketing Lead to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

This is a varied and exciting role, working with a leading mobile games and entertainment company. You will work closely with a team of marketing experts and have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of influencer marketing across Miniclip’s game portfolio
  • Create comprehensive influencer campaign strategies, define campaign objectives and look after the execution of all campaign activities
  • Build a strong partnership strategy, developing various ideas on how Miniclip games can be promoted across multiple influencer channels
  • Report engagement results to stakeholders and make use of available data from research tools to identify opportunities across multiple social platforms to collaborate with relevant content creators
  • Find and work with influencers directly or via agencies, negotiate commercial terms for each influencer deal and be the point of contact for all further communication
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies, ensuring that influencer collaborations can always support the creative production for User Acquisition campaigns
  • Establish influencer guidelines for each advertised game and define campaign briefings in alignment with the product vision, User Acquisition goals and game brand identity
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to measure the success of influencer campaigns, including developing case studies that inform the business about key findings and impact on relevant KPIs
  • Ensure that influencer campaigns meet business objectives and benchmarks
  • Coordinate influencer-driven events with the community, product and CRM teams
  • Be responsible for a monthly six-figure marketing budget

The following skills are essential for the role:

  • You are a social media enthusiast who stays on top of viral trends and rising influencers across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Snapchat and other social platforms
  • Experience working with content creators and social media management is a must
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, their user behaviours and technical requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Creativity and demonstrated experience in content creation and strategy
  • Exceptional analytical and data-driven thinker combined with a creative mind
  • Proven track record of working successfully on influencer marketing projects in previous roles
  • Good eye for finding suitable influencers based on different game genres
  • Negotiation skills are required
  • Strong understanding of brand safety and online reputation management
  • Experience working in PR is preferred
  • Proactive: a desire to suggest new content ideas and take the lead on projects, or explore opportunities
  • Passion for games and their design (desirable)
  • Familiarity with tracking tools for mobile advertising campaigns such as Adjust
