ABOUT THE JOB:

JOB DESCRIPTION (professionals only)

On this role you will be responsible for delivering sales revenue against monthly targets, working closely in liaison with our Management team. Independent role, remote work.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Able to learn from us to acquire an effective working knowledge of the market and customers.

  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience of selling effectively either face-to-face, over the telephone or both.
  • Able to build relationships over the telephone and face-to-face when required.
  • Min 10 years experience in sales (B2B)

What you'll do:

  • We are seeking Dynamic, Proactive, Go-Getter, self–starter sales professionals who can represent us as our Advertising Sales Ambassadors in their territory and contribute to our already most impressive sales growth worldwide and become part of a world-class, fast-paced international team, selling our already top selling product/s in their territory and possibly beyond in the coming years
  • You will be responsible for developing, winning and expanding our business in the required territories which may also include your city within this fast developing industry. We have ambitious plans to continue to grow the business and require exceptional, commercially driven go getter individuals at Executive, Senior Executive, Director and Management levels
  • Sell our products to new business customers within the assigned territories.
  • Really get to know your B2B categories - what their business needs and what motivates their buying decisions.
  • Convert interested leads provided by us, you and others to presentations and sales with or without our help to close them to maintain a great pipeline of continuous and steady production of sales.
  • Building, owning and executing a territory plan to cover your entire designated territory and / or territories geographically.
  • Deliver world class business insight to your customers
  • Successful applicants will be fully trained and supplied with all required paraphernalia including direct dial access for international phone calls to contact the provided qualified leads.
  • Successful applicants will be establishing contact with qualified companies within the qualified fields to present and sell advertising packages for any one of the Promoted Sporting events Worldwide.

You'll definitely:

  • Have sound experience of Direct Sales, Business Development in Business To Business Small, Medium and / or large and / or corporate market sales with a focus on selling to new businesses
  • Know how to continuously supply yourself with additional steady flow of new leads from the vast pool of available, provided and interested leads to sell to
  • Have real commercial sales and marketing acumen and a focus on continuously producing new sales
  • Be an outstanding communicator and negotiator to successfully sell at director and business owner level
  • See the bigger picture and embrace wider business change
  • Develop territory-wide sales coverage for potential advertisers
  • Play a hands-on role in converting leads into sales and driving sales within your territory

Your Essential Experience and Skills:

  • Experience within the business to business sales industry with ability to close deals on the day, within the direct sales environments at director/s and or business owner/s level is required
  • Consistent track record of selling to businesses and delivering results
  • Have a track record of success at driving top sales results
  • Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting either over the phone or in person or both
